Tattoo Release Forms (TRF) is a customizable paperless release form generator for tattoo studios and artists. Generating a printable PDF for every client, uploaded securely to your cloud. Eliminate costs of time, paper, printer ink, and storage of paper release forms. Legal protection in the studio or on the road, with or without an internet connection. TRF guides clients to 'photocopy' an ID with the iPad camera, enter vital info, agree to legal terms and sign with a finger. The artist then reviews, signs and uploads a PDF to Google Drive, Dropbox, Box or OneDrive cloud.

• Subscription is auto-renewing monthly for the Unlimited service or annually for the 365-Export service
• Payment is charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase

• Account is charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identifies the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
